As the telemetry and commercial gas metering in a HSS of Matriks-Energoresursy works

The project on automation of commercial gas metering and telemetry in Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC is complete. More than 3000 objects are connected to a system.

The system of telemetry and commercial gas metering is used in Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC since 2011. During operation the equipment and the software showed the high level of reliability, high-speed performance and capability of work with all types of the counters of gas operated in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. In a system a survey of counters of the electric power is also carried out.

In HSS ASKUG "Matriks: Energy resources" the Web interface system data access is implemented. Thus, each enterprise - the consumer of gas, can get access to the data, without developing at himself a system and without spending funds for implementation and maintenance of the ASKUG own system. HSS "Matriks: Energy resources" provides clients with necessary report forms, a possibility of import to Excel, a PDF form.

Poll of counters of gas in a HSS "Matriks: Energy resources" it is conducted on GPRS and GSM channels. Communication with proofreaders of gas on the GPRS channel allows to reduce considerably time of poll and to conduct simultaneous survey of all gas metering stations entered into the system, at the same time there is no need of periodic communication sessions, as in a case with the GSM channel. Time of poll of all objects on the GPRS channel does not exceed 15 minutes.

The automated system of commercial gas metering and telemetry supports data collection practically from all types of the metering devices of gas which are operated in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The list of the supported types of metering devices constantly increases in process of emergence in the market of new models of proofreaders of gas.

2013

In the spring of 2013 the Matrix IT LLC company completed the works of the second stage of creation of the "Automated System of Telemetry and Commercial Gas Metering" complex in Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC using software of "the ASCAPC of Matriks".

108 gas control points are connected to a system. Everything, taking into account the previous stage, the implemented system obtains data from 140 objects located in the different Areas of Republic of Bashkortostan.

This stage is carried out far off. Interaction of specialists of Matrix IT company and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Ufa LLC was performed without physical contact - works are carried out in the online communication mode.
