The administration of Leninsky district of the Moscow region completed implementation of EDMS

The Digital Design company implemented the solution for the organization of electronic document management Smart Start on the DocsVision 4.5 platform in the multifunction center (MFC) of providing the public and municipal services of Administration of Leninsky district of the Moscow region, the press service of integrator reported on March 27, 2013.

Tender and work

Digital Design won tender for system implementation of electronic document management in the created MFC of Leninsky municipal district and delivery of 25 user licenses EDMS at the end of last year. For the project the solution Smart Start on the DocsVision platform of version 4.5 was selected. After implementation the integrator carried out training of personnel of the customer for work in a system.

"EDMS was implemented according to all internal regulations of Administration of Leninsky district. The received system allows the staff of the multifunction center to create and edit documents, to transfer them between structural divisions, to appoint tasks for users and to initiate their actions for accomplishment of regulations of the organization, to create different reports, to monitor execution of tasks", - Oleg Greshnev, the director of the department of corporate systems of Digital Design told.

"During creation of the new multifunction center we decided to implement from the very beginning in it an electronic document management system that from the first day of work to save employees from need of manual processing of paper document revisions. For us important it was initial to build transparent work in a system, to have an opportunity of simple and convenient data retrieval in archive and to have the effective tool for operational work with documents and petitions from citizens and also control of performing discipline", - the head of department of affairs of territorial formations of Administration of Leninsky district Sergey Baykov emphasized.

Project Results

On April 8, 2014 the Digital Design company announced project completion of system implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision 4.5 in Administration of Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region.

The administration passed with solution integration to electronic approval of documents and the systematized work in all divisions. Simultaneous operation more than 300 users is ensured.

Implementation of EDMS helped department - to pass to paperless document flow that, in turn, increased performing discipline and efficiency of employees.
