Choosing a Solution

The choice[1] "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8" was caused by existence in it of the new functionality allowing to automate payroll and conducting personnel records in the organizations financed by means of budgets of all levels as this solution, ready to work, in which requirements of the legislation and real practice of work of organizations of different departmental accessory are considered.

Project Progress

In addition to consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance, sale, installation and delivery of software products in office of the customer, the staff of SoftExpert company carried out works on installation of the software solution on jobs, including collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system, planning of stages of works, drawing up the job schedule, initial settings of the program to start accounting, creation of interfaces and sets of user rights, the help when entering opening balances, personnel training to work in the program. Besides preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued.

Result

The implementing solution "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8" in Municipality Administration Leninsky district, allowed to automate the following directions of accounting and personnel management, having increased thereby labor productivity of staff of the organization:

  • personnel records, movement of personnel, staff list;
  • selection and performance appraisal, carrying out tenders;
  • talent pool;
  • holding qualification examinations and assignment of cool ranks, military ranks;
  • carrying out certification.

Specialists of SoftExpert company automated all complex of settlings with workers, since payment of sick leave notes and holidays, up to formation of documents for salary payment and deposition and also the reporting in the state supervisory authorities. Now there is a consulting and methodical help to the user of the program. Thus, the implemented software product successfully functions in Municipality Administration Leninsky district.
