Specialists 1C-Rarus completed the first stage of the project of automation of supplying company "Snabkomplektpostavka" by means of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program, the company reported on March 29, 2013.


Objectives

The company felt need for an information system to facilitate problems of reporting for tax authorities. Employees kept account of financial transactions (treasury, budgeting) and departments of supply, in tables that complicated consolidation of information. The management needed to control formation and document transfer to buyers for receiving timely payment of the delivered goods.

The Snabkomplektpostavka company decided to go by automation of accounting, tax and personnel records with a possibility of further expansion of limits of the project: automation of operating activities, treasury and budgeting.

Consolidation of all divisions of the company became the purpose of creation of an information system that according to the management provided:

  • Acceleration of interaction of departments among themselves;
  • Obtaining reliable and transparent information about a company performance;
  • Operational acceptance of management decisions on the basis of data retrieveds.

The solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" optimum satisfied requests of the company. On system implementation involved specialists to work 1C-Rarus.

Project

The project began start of subsystems Accounting and Personnel records in departments of accounting and the personnel. At the first stage the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program is installed in 10 workplaces.

Use of standard program capabilities provided:

  • Formation of authentic accounting and tax statements happens precisely in necessary time;
  • Preparation of documents on sales of goods for buyers is accelerated;
  • A register of the documents transferred to buyers with history is maintained: dates of formation of documents, dates of their transfer to clients;
  • It is controlled onto receivables on the basis of the register of the documents transferred to buyers;
  • Time for preparation of the reporting under receivables is reduced;
  • Errors in payroll are excluded.
