The Interkommerts bank changes the core banking system and saves the developer

The Interkommerts bank completed the project on integration of the automated banking system (ABS) "Bank the 21st Century", the press service of bank reported on March 29, 2013.

Task

"A problem of a frontal system — to organize work of the employee in one window and with uniform type of the interface, having removed a set of excess applications of an information system of bank. It is necessary that all necessary information was concentrated in one application — the head of department of maintenance and development of the core banking system of Department of information and banking technologies of CB Interkommerts Yury Solovkin commented on an innovation. — At the same time tasks and the back office solution are carried out: all data are in one system and are provided to the uniform standard".

Presage

Earlier in Interkommerts bank the Invoriteyl program functioned. The main innovation of the Bank the 21st Century program - consolidation of the databases and processes connected with the changes made to them in one system (core), simplification of work in a system together with increase in safety of its use. The Bank the 21st Century program allows to process 200 agreements a day.

Job

According to the results of point transformation of the solution under needs of the customer it considers everything that it is necessary for it. Creation of the module demanded about three months of work. All this period employees of the customer acted as business technologists: they collected descriptive functions of how business process should be based, analyzed data retrieveds and prepared the formalized technical specifications for the developer.

Results

As a result of transition on "Bank the 21st Century" Interkommerts reduced temporary and human labor costs by accounting of banking activities and preparation of the reporting for Bank of Russia that as a result led to reduction of bank costs and increased business performance, reported CNews in bank.
