Sibtranskomplektation center customizes the automation system of all types of accounting and the reporting

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed automation of accounting service implementation of software 1C: Accounting PROF in business processes of Sibtranskomplektation Center LLC, the press service of integrator reported on March 29, 2013.

Background

Earlier accountants of the enterprise used information systems and spreadsheets which functionality did not allow to solve key problems of department properly in work. Process of drawing up reporting documents is long and labor-consuming, and report generation to the management is complicated by separation of information. The impossibility of its operational consolidation and the further analysis complicated objective efficiency evaluation of business.

For the purpose of correction of a situation top management of firm decided to automate the accounting block in the company and selected the 1C: Accounting 8 program of PROF version for achievement of this purpose. 1C specialists acted as contractors of the project: The first BIT.

Job

Employees of the contractor made installation and setup of a system, gave consulting support to users. Special attention was paid to questions of work with "The starting assistant", "The express accounting check", "The calendar of the accountant". Also the address qualifier and the qualifier of banks was loaded, together with the customer the limit of a remaining balance of cash of cash desk is defined and set.

Use "1C: Accounting 8" gave following features:

• estimate a management system for money resources of the enterprise and reveal the most profitable activities;
• register data of accounting and tax accounting in uniform wiring;
• to timely make corrections to documents;
• perform operational formation of reporting documents in strict compliance to legislative arrangements of the Russian Federation;
• configure access restriction to a system.

The director of Sibtranskomplektation Center LLC Victor Shayturov noted: "We are sure that a system will allow us to perform more effectively a business activity as meets the main requirements of the modern organization of business processes of accounting service".

Result

Implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 program allowed to organize the effective system of conducting accounting and tax accounting and also operational formation of the regulated reporting at the enterprise.
