Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of automation of ZhAK LLC on the basis of the specialized solution "BIT: Accounting of lease 8", the press service of integrator reported on April 1, 2013.
Initial phase
The information system for increase in efficiency of the divisions connected with activities for leasing of a real estate was required for the company. Settlement processes of the rent and control of a timely payment receipt under agreements needed optimization. For the solution of assigned tasks the management addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT".
As a result of monitoring and assessment of business processes of the enterprise the specialized software product "BIT is selected: Accounting of lease 8", considering industry specifics of activity of the company.

During the project specialists "1C: The first BIT" installed and configured the program, organized operational data transfer in a new system, provided user training.
Are automated:
- conducting the regulated and management accounting in one system; - Accounting of objects of lease, accounting of change of the areas as a result of reorganization;
- accounting of lease agreements in conventional units;
- installation of a currency corridor in lease agreements;
- accounting of supplementary agreements, change of rent conditions within one agreement;
- deeds of conveyance in lease/return of premises;
- calculation of the rent from the area and from a business volume;
- accounting of utility costs according to different schemes; calculation of additional services within lease agreements; settlings with owners;
- control of settlement on rent activity by invoices;
- automatic offset of security payments;
Result
In a project deliverable it was succeeded to reduce costs of time and work for calculations of the rent. Manual accomplishment of routine transactions is excluded, risks of emergence of errors in calculations are minimized. All accounting documents are provided to partners timely. There was a possibility of application of a uniform technique of calculations for all participants of process thanks to what the high accuracy of calculations is provided.
