The interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation on pricing uses technology of accounting and inventory of property

The IT smart systems company implemented the IT-AI system for automatic accounting and inventory of property in Interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia at the prices, the company contractor reported on April 3, 2013.

Background

The management of inspection made the decision - to automate work on inventory and accounting of property.

For project implementation the IT smart systems company is invited. Its technological solution became optimal for the customer on functionality and price-quality ratio.

Specialists "IT. Smart of systems" within 10 days implemented a hardware and software system which part were inspections: a data collection terminal, the printer for printing of tags with the two-dimensional barcode and a system of accounting of property of IT-AI.

Implementation succeeded to solve problems:

• receiving reliable data about existence and location of property (office furniture, computers)
• simplification and acceleration of inventory of property
• decrease in errors in the course of accounting of property
• simplification of accounting document flow

The solution facilitates process of inventory and accounting of property of the customer. Besides, it was succeeded to reduce labor costs of the personnel which are responsible for accounting of property.
