Saprun Group completed implementing solution on personnel management for NLMK Group

2018: Implementing solution on personnel management

On October 4, 2018 the SAPRUN Group company announced completion of implementing solution on personnel management based on SAP ERP Human Capital Management for NLMK Group. As the second contractor on the project the ABC Consulting company acted. Implementing solution was executed from January, 2017 to September, 2018 in time.

According to the company, the global project objective – transformation of HR processes is achieved: development of uniform algorithms of calculation, transition to simpler and clear automated solutions, implementation of uniform settlement center for the Russian enterprises of Group. The organizational scope of the project included 52,000 employee IDs.

Specifics of work and business of NLMK Group mean versatile accounting of personnel and payroll. To SAP HCM system implementation the NLMK Group made calculation in the local system "Personnel and Work", different approaches were applied to methodology of payroll at the enterprises and there was no transparency when forming wage fund, motivation of employees. In the course of SAP implementation of HCM audit current business processes personnel managements, their optimization and unification for all NLMK Group was booked. The Corporate Prototype which integrated processed business processes NLMK Group in a clear and available form was developed.

Standard delivery of a system was finished: the functionality, specific to production companies, is implemented, convenient and flexible solutions which are easy for adapting to possible changes are developed.

The project is implemented in record time for the SAP solutions HCM of such functional complexity and considering the scale of the Company. The project team consisting of specialists of SAPRUN and NLMK could carry out methodological transformation of business processes of the enterprise taking into account requirements of information security and taxonomy, to transfer work of all key HR specialists to a system. During the project integration with 30 adjacent systems, historical data in the volume sufficient for further system operation is executed, were migrated in the system of SAP. For October, 2018 in a system about 800 users work. Due to transition to the next level of automation it was succeeded to increase efficiency of work of staff of service HR. 2012: The project based on HCM SAP ERP

From October, 2011 to June, 2012 the project based on the SAP solution ERP HCM in Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine was implemented. The MOLGA Consulting company acted as the contractor.
