2020: Updating of a HR system
In April, 2019 the project on updating of a personnel management system in Mondi of SLPK — one of the pulp-and-paper enterprises of Russia started. Updating of a uniform information HR system will allow the company to provide management of personnel resources. The implemented solution was also integrated with the global cloud system of the Mondi Group. On July 13, 2020 reported about it in MOLGA Consulting company.
Need of dense interaction of the international project team implementing solutions for divisions worldwide and also a project team of Mondi of SLPK and MOLGA Consulting became one of the main calls of the project. Integration with a global system was complicated also by mismatch of terms and stages of implementation of the solution for the domestic and foreign enterprises.
Thanks to harmonious and effective work of the Customer and Integrator all project works were performed in time and in full. The project came to the end in April, 2020, and for July, 2020 point completions on the requests arising at business are implemented. Thanks to updating of a system and its integration with global solution the Mondi SLPK enterprise had an opportunity to continuously increase efficiency of HR function and also to provide transparency and availability of personnel information.
The project was difficult from the very beginning as updating of the existing module SAP HR matched integration of the Personnel managements block of the enterprise into the global system of SAP of the Mondi Group. The complexity was added also by change of the legislation, it was necessary to discuss possibilities of additional developments and their further implementation in the course of implementation. Thanks to harmonious work of all project team and readiness of consultants to react quickly to a business feedback the project was implemented — the HR director of Group Mondi in Russia Anna Shabalina noted. |
On depth and volume this project can be considered one of the most important milestones in the history of development of our company which success depended on effective interaction, professionalism and the high involvement of development team, consultants and employees of IT and HR service of the enterprise. For us functional updating of system modules of SAP HR (personnel administration, an orgmenedzhment, payroll) undoubtedly is very important stage not only for increase in efficiency, reliability and efficiency of these processes, but also the launch pad for further implementation in the future of complex automation of a personnel management system with the expanded functionality allowing to process the large volume of HR of the business processes concerning all aspects of "life" of the employee in the company: from payroll calculation before the professional growth and development of career. For July, 2020 the system implemented by us for 100% supports all existing business processes of the company and also has the maximum level of updates.
