Biography

Born in the village of Almenevo, Almenevsky district, Kurgan region.

In 1989 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute named after R.A. Rudenko, higher law school.

1989 - investigator of the prosecutor's office of the Almenevsky district of the Kurgan region. Subsequently, he worked in various prosecutor-investigative positions - prosecutor of the Almenevsky district of the Kurgan region, first deputy prosecutor of the city of Kurgan, Kurgan region, deputy prosecutor of the Kalinin district of the city of Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk region, prosecutor of the Leninsky district of the city of Chelyabinsk, Chelyabinsk region, deputy prosecutor, first deputy prosecutor of the Sverdlovsk region.
