Biography
Born in the village of Almenevo, Almenevsky district, Kurgan region.
In 1989 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Law Institute named after R.A. Rudenko, higher law school.
1989 - investigator of the prosecutor's office of the Almenevsky district of the Kurgan region.
