The Concept Grew company entering into West Concept holding will implement the 1C: Document Flow 8 system in Sherotel company.

Sherotel is the owner of 4-star hotel of the international class "Novotel Sheremetyevo Airport" and also renders to air passengers of service of business halls in terminals of the airport.

The management Sherotel made the decision on implementation of a corporate information system based on the software "1C: Document Flow 8". The solution was connected with the fact that now in the company the considerable volume of a contracted work is performed and there is a need to reduce labor input and to optimize work with documents for the realization account of electronic document management with storage system and approvals of documents. The Concept Grew company was selected as the contractor thanks to extensive examination in the field of automation of hotel business from West Concept.

"The solution '1C: Document Flow 8' allows to arrange work of employees with documents, to exclude a possibility of loss of versions — Natalya Sorokina, the director of the hotel direction, West Concept holding noted. — A system in a complex solves problems of automation of accounting of documents in hotel, interactions of employees, control and the analysis of performing discipline".

According to West Concept, enter project tasks: creation of archive for storage of electronic documents, setup of reconciliation procedure of documents, formation of standard templates for creation of documents and also automation of control of execution of documents and instructions. During the project additional opportunities for work with documents will be also implemented: scanning, integration into e-mail, document retrieval.

Within implementation of the module "Office-work" approval of documents on the basis of the predetermined template and standard processes will be automated, the archive for storage of electronic documents is configured, registration of all correspondence is made and also access for users to information on roles is differentiated.

As expected, implementation of the module "Creation, Approval and Tracking of Course of Execution of the Agreement" will allow to create agreements on the basis of the project, to conduct approval of agreements and to monitor agreement performance according to regulations.
