Logic of ECM. Mobile (before iReferent)

Application "Logic of ECM. Mobile" is a client for iPad which can work with any EDMS, developed on different platforms. The mobile client allows to make work of the user convenient, providing at any time access to necessary documents and an opportunity to make decisions on them.

The user who got used to work with iPad will master all functionality of the application literally in several minutes. On a desktop the folders containing documents and sorted by action type are placed.

2013: "Logic of ECM. Mobile". Description

According to information for April, 2013 the chosen documents which should be available at any moment — at a meeting, negotiations, on the way are stored in a briefcase folder. All instructions issued and controlled by the head are located in the It Is Entrusted Me folder. In the On Execution folder there are documents which were directed to the user to execution. If necessary the number of folders can be increased.

The user has an opportunity to look at details, an informative part and all investments to the document. During the work with the document it is possible to use the prepared draft resolution or to create instructions without document. It is possible to write the instructions using the virtual keyboard, an electronic feather or in the form of record of the audio-file.

iPad client allows to work with documents without connection to corporate network and the Internet (on the way, at home, etc.). As soon as iPad appears in an area of coverage of network and is connected to it, there is a synchronization of data between the application and EDMS. The processed documents come to a system and are sent along the corresponding routes. New documents are transferred to the application and arrive for consideration to the head.

Application "Logic of ESM. Mobile" interacts with different EDMS using web services. The open format of this interaction allows to integrate the solution with any electronic document management system, on whatever platform it was written.

Questions of full-function infrastructure of mobile jobs, the including integration tools with a corporate IT landscape, configuration management and safety of use of mobile devices, will be "closed" by other "subsidiary" of IT — Center of Corporate Mobility company.
