Specialists of the Almaty branch of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) implemented in the leading football club of Kazakhstan Kayrat a personnel management system implementation of the software product "1C: 8 Zarplata Peredpriyatiye and personnel management for Kazakhstan", the press service of integrator reported on April 10, 2013.

Experience

In administration of football club the automated system of accounting was already used – accountants worked in the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" program. For expansion of functionality of staff of HR department, decrease in their labor costs, quality improvement of the created documents and receiving the efficient management tool by personnel, the decision on automation of the personnel block is made.

As contractors of the project the company "is attracted with 1C: The first BIT".

Job

The contractor executed program installation "1C: 8 Zarplata Peredpriyatiye and personnel management for Kazakhstan", were configured by data exchange with the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" system.

Result

There was an opportunity to keep track of load of employees, to estimate effectiveness of their activity.

A system helps club:

  • develop, change the personnel plan: information on workers on divisions and positions, plan of changes of organizational and official structure and staff costs;
  • manage financial motivation of players: set dependence of encouragement/collecting on results of work;
  • carry out certification of personnel: control estimates, analyze results of certifications;
  • select and estimate candidates: storage of personal data on candidates: from the summary to results of questioning;
  • plan employment of workers and a holiday: planning of meetings and participation in internal and external actions;
  • keep regulated accounting: the conclusion of employment contracts, formation of the approved forms, calculation of taxes and contributions.
