To optimize the size of all storage, progressive shrinking algorithms of files are built in a system. For example, in SUEK more than 30 million documents collected, their volume at storage in file structure was 14 TB and after this document file was loaded into "SAPERION", the archive began to borrow on disks only 4 TB. For storage of content own format (meta-file) which cannot be read or changed from the outside that increases security of a system is used. It distinguishes "SAPERION" from the majority of the known ECM platforms where classical hybrid organization of storage of documents is applied – cards are stored in relational DBMS, and document files — on a disk in a specially allotted directory that potentially creates risk of access to them bypassing a system.
