LenovoEMC Lifeline 4.0
In April, 2013 the LenovoEMC company announced new generation of the advanced LenovoEMC LifeLine operating system for the network solutions of data storage of Iomega. Owners of the network storage devices StorCenter of the ix and px series can download LifeLine 4.0 OS free of charge. This operating system includes new and advanced means of calculations of corporate scale and security for simple and effective data storage, their sharing and protection in the organizations and the working groups of any size.

- Backup of volumes;
- Pictures of data (Snapshot) can be taken in write process on the device;
- Return of volume to its initial status;
- Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) Provider.

- the Pool of solid state drives is developed for automatic increase in speed of a read and write;
