The enterprises of East Yard company automate accounting by the cloud solution

1C-Rarus constructed a "cloud" accounting system in the largest network of restaurants of Novosibirsk "East yard", the company integrator reported on April 17, 2013. At the heart of the technological solution software "1C: Accounting 8".

Base

"Earlier for accounting we used the program of own development, – Leyla Shteynikova, the chief accountant of UK "East Yard" noted. – In 2011 the order that in F1 Group where our restaurants enter, the uniform corporate standard of accounting on the basis of the software products "1C:Enterprise 8" is accepted was issued. For us need in transition ripened long ago – the former program was used more than 8 years, and did not correspond to the growing requirements of network any more. The Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" assisted us in project implementation of transition to 1C:Enterprise 8. Already at the initial stage the advanced technological solution – implementation of access to a product of 1C on model of "cloud" service was proposed. Several legal entities are a part of holding, the separate base of accounting was provided for each of which. Further all information bases were consolidated in industrial data center with a possibility of remote access to them via the Internet. Thus, despite territorial separation of accountant officers and the enterprises of holding, we got the centralized access to all information of management company. It is convenient that at any time it is possible to increase or reduce the number of users of service".

Solution

Specialists 1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of regulated accounting in one of the largest Novosibirsk restaurant holdings – UK "East Yard". The solution "1C: Accounting 8" is used on model of "cloud" service.

Information systems of accounting with the accessibility via the Internet for all enterprises of holding and management company are created; the uniform principles of accounting are implemented; time expenditure is twice reduced by reflection of economic transactions and formation of the regulated reporting; the cost of ownership of information systems is reduced by 10 times, need for hardware upgrade disappeared.

Start of a system took place step by step. At first the pilot project in one of the enterprises was implemented. The uniform methodology of accounting which was broadcast then on other enterprises of holding was put. Within half a year the remained 12 legal entities of the company are consistently successfully transferred to 1C: Accounting 8.

Blocks are automated: banking, cash activities, rendering of services in the field of public catering, material accounting, fixed assets, goods, calculations for compensation, accounting and tax statements. With the help of 1C: Accounting 8 in the company control of carrying out payments from individuals for the organization of an action (banquet), acceptance of payment from legal entities for service, reflection of payment according to bonus cards is organized. Besides, a system allows to reflect revenue on the rendered services, to define a financial result of activity of the company, to automatically create and consider income and expenses.

Result

As a result of implementation:

• information systems of accounting with the accessibility via the Internet for all enterprises of holding and management company are created;
• the uniform principles of accounting based on 1C: Accounting 8 for all enterprises of holding are implemented;
• labor costs on formation of the regulated reporting are considerably reduced;
• due to convenience of the interface and the increased work speed, time expenditure is twice reduced by input of primary documentation that allows, if necessary, without increasing the staff of accountants, to keep account of new legal entities;
• the cost of ownership of information systems is reduced by 10 times, need for upgrade of the computer park disappeared.
