Kaseya 6.3

Kaseya 6.3 and modules entering into it can be used by IT service providers and a corporate segment of business. Version 6.3 is available both to work on the customer's server, and in the cloud SaaS version of the version. Now all products Kaseya support Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, OS X Mountain Lion and IOS 6 Apple.

Key changes happened in the field of detection of devices in network, the politician of management, the reporting and the mechanism of informing on a status of the supported systems. Kaseya released also new module of detection (recognition) which incorporated the power of several effective scanning methods of network for successful detection and identification of network devices in all network, using the centralized control interface. In addition to the aforesaid this module allows IT to administrators with ease to detect, systematize and automate rendering IT services thanks to certain politicians.

At deeper studying of the new version it is possible to see a large number of changes, including the new Kaseya 6.3 interface, new versions of the modules HelpDesk KSD 1.4, distribution and the KSDU 1.1 software updatings, mobile device management of KMDM 1.1 and the module of work with images of KID 1.1.

Works on adaptation of a system are continued — now a large number of information materials, instructions, etc. is translated into Russian to facilitate to the Russian customers mastering and use of software solutions of Kaseya.

2014

Kaseya 8.0

On October 22, 2014 the Kaseya company announced release of version 8 of all line of own products. The main innovations of Kaseya occurred in connection with acquisition of Scorpion Software company and opportunities of the software solution of authentication of users and access controls, AuthAnvil.

Kaseya 8 offers new opportunities, including safe remote control the systems of clients, managements of identification and access, managements of cloud applicaions and layer managements of service which can help the organizations to satisfy their requirements for successful business.

New features were a part version 8 of a product portfolio of Kaseya:

• enhanced capabilities of security and respect for compliance, including private sessions of remote control so administrators can work on servers or workstations without end user and to see a situation, to trace and announce sessions of remote control with the history of access;

• the release of new generation of the product AuthAnvil provided simple authentication of users, to monitor access for users and it became even simpler to book audit. The AuthAnvil Single Sign On functions, two-factor authentication and Password Server are equipped with new opportunities, including, the new directory of applications is available — now administrators can easily add and delete websites of the SSO portal and also new proxy service with the improved audit opportunities;

• seamless integration of Kaseya Traverse Service Level Management with VSA Service Desk provides tracking and meeting requirements of the necessary service level;

• expanded management of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online for simpler, effective administration, having increased a competitive lead of Kaseya in the field of administration of a cloud of applications;

• new flexible options of the Center of training Kaseya — new opportunities for clients to learn about the products Kaseya, independent or practical studying and also using instructors.
