In the international market, KASEYA solutions are popular among outsourcing companies that offer their services for servicing the computer fleet. The history of the product begins in 2000 and KASEYA is currently used to manage more than 10 million computer devices in more than 15 thousand IT service providers around the world, occupying 60% of this market. But this does not mean that Kaseya solutions are not suitable for corporate business, because in companies the IT service can also be built on the principle of providing IT services to internal users.
The main advantage of the KASEYA product is that it maximizes the automation of operational processes, which allows you to work more productively and proactively solve emerging problems on the user side. It is controlled remotely by automatically executing tasks of all Kaseya modules on managed computers. One technician can simultaneously control more than 1000 machines that can be located anywhere in the world. Thus, there are practically zero trips to the client and to remote offices, which helps the company significantly save time and work resources by focusing on the quality of service provision.
You can purchase KASEYA solutions in three options: purchase licenses, lease software with hosting servers in your own infrastructure or on leased from Microsoft Windows Azure, as well as subscription to use the KASEYA cloud solution. This allows you to choose the most convenient and budget solution.
The company focuses its solution both on professional, outsourcers providing services for automating the management of the computer fleet, and on internal IT services that solve this problem on their own. With the help of Kaseya, about 10 million end devices are served in the world (beginning of 2013), the company has more than 15 thousand partners of service providers and more than 2 thousand corporate customers mainly from among governmental organizations, educational institutions, banks, retail enterprises. The software system supports 13 languages, including Russian.
Kaseya is an integrated platform that combines inventory and audit of the computer fleet, monitoring, software update management, endpoint policy management, backup, antivirus and Service Desk. The system architecture includes a control server and agents that are installed on the target devices and send small packets of device information to the server every 30 seconds, without creating a special load on network traffic. Moreover, the communication between the agent and the server is carried out over the Internet and does not depend on the client's network infrastructure. This means that even if communication between branches of the company is broken, its computers will be under the control of Kaseya.
