The furniture factory "Maria" increases efficiency of customer interaction and partners by means of software Microsoft Dynamics CRM and with participation of GMCS company as integrator in the project, the press service reported on April 24, 2013.

The project of the company is directed to providing uniform tools to partners of furniture factory for a full-fledged work with clients on key aspects of interaction: booking, formation of accounts, documents.
Objectives
Microsoft Dynamics CRM will help to organize a convenient workplace for the manager-designer of the partner of furniture factory. In the CRM system it is necessary to configure a possibility of actions planning, the services (phone calls, meetings, tasks, etc.) connected with rendering, control of their timely execution.
