Sberbank of the Russian Federation (SAP BusinessObjects) Sloe

IAS "Situational center JSC Sberbank" represents the working tool of administrators of systems allowing to obtain almost instantly information on incidents in their work and interaction.

The system of visualization consists of two blocks: Russian Federation and Moscow.

The Russian Federation block in an evident type displays:

• Relevant metrics on a status of the main information systems of Sberbank with update rate of times a minute;
• Current status of communication channels between territorial banks (update rate of times a minute) and detailed information at click on a specific communication channel;
• Diagrams of availability (the calculated and approved availability level) on 68 systems of JSC Sberbank;
• Up-to-date data on incidents with the main to systems from AS of ServiceDesk.
• In the form of creeping line displays data on the last incident to JSC Sberbank provided on a corporate portal.

The Moscow block displays up-to-date data on communication channels between the central building of JSC Sberbank and the main technology platforms in the territory of Moscow and provides image output from surveillance cameras in departments of JSC Sberbank. When choosing a communication channel detailed information on its status is output.
