History

2015-2018

In 2015, Tern became a partner of TIBCO Software. At first, the agreement extended to the TIBCO Spotfire BI system. Later, the entire TIBCO product line was included in the list. In 2016, Tern receives the Gold level in Data Analytics from Microsoft. For 2018, Tern brings together more than 150 specialists and works with 330 large and numerous small customers from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries.

1998-2009

In 1998, Tern's office in the Czech Republic was opened, and in 2001, Xema was founded, which is engaged in the development of the direction of automation of budgeting and financial planning processes. In 2007 SAP acquires BusinessObjects and in early 2008 Tern becomes the Gold Partner of SAP. In the same year, an agreement was signed between the Canadian company Prophix Software and the Xema Company (part of the Tern Group), which becomes the exclusive representative of Prophix in Russia and the CIS countries. In 2009, the Tern representative office in Kazakhstan was opened.

1991-1997

Tern was founded in 1991. At the beginning of its activity until 1997, the company was engaged in the supply of high-tech software for solving various problems at the enterprise. In 1997, Tern signed a cooperation agreement with BusinessObjects, which worked in the development of data analysis applications and corporate reporting. Tern becomes the exclusive distributor of BusinessObjects technologies in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. The company also receives the right to conduct consulting, training, localization and support of software in this region. The next step, the company opens a representative office in Perm in order to improve communication with customers.
