The Belarusian integrator "SmartExpert" completed the project of automation of Allvision company, having carried out implementation of the localized solution "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone edition 2", the press service of integrator reported on May 14, 2013.

Specialists of the contractor localized the program and automated a number of processes of CRM:

Product "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone edition 2" is integrated with the CRM solution of 1C that allowed to reduce considerably time for processing of incoming calls.

The operator instantly gets access to the history of work with the client in the CRM system. Employees many times fix requests of new buyers in information base quicker. The convenience of work of operators due to accomplishment of outgoing calls directly from a CRM applicaiton is increased.
