Software product "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone" is intended for optimization of processing of the entering and outgoing phone calls in the small and medium organizations. Close integration of a telephone system with the CRM system provides quick access to customer information and promotes implementation of CRM technologies.
2017: Certification of the third edition in 1C Company and the beginning of sales
On November 20, 2017 the 1C-Rarus company announced release of the third edition of the program "1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone)", certifications of a product in 1C Company and the official beginning of sales.
This edition expands standard opportunities of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for work with different telephone systems, including cloud.
Development supplements solutions "1C:ERP 2", "1C: Trade Management" (editions 10.3 and 11), "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management", "1C: Integrated Automation" (editions 1.1 and 2) "1C: Our Enterprise Management". The product can be used for creation of the original systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for solving of tasks connected with integration telephony.
2015: 1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone), edition 3
On April 10, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced planned certification on compatibility with the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" of the integration solution ("1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone) 3.0").
According to the statement of the company, in March, 2015 the software product under the new name ("1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone) 3.0". The former name - "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone") underwent certification in 1C Company, having proved compliance to standards and compatibility with the system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".
Some properties "1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone) 3.0":
- Automatic detection of an incoming call and number identification on base helps to predeterminate what client and in what occasion addresses;
- Automatic fixing of the fact of a call and registration of the new phone number in "1C: Enterprise", easy control of its further processing in a system;
- Fast dialing of the client, employee and scheduling it is ringing in "one click";
- Comfortable communication with colleagues:
- in the program the passed calls are fixed,
- the general address directory is supplemented with photos of employees,
- short messages can be sent in an internal chat,
- each employee knows when and as it is possible to contact the colleague and also to whom it is necessary to transfer the client's call;
- Listening of conversation recording from "1C: Enterprise", the solution of conflict situations and analysis of complaints of clients.
The solution is universal and allows to be integrated with many popular automatic telephone exchanges in the market: Panasonic, Cicsco, Asterisk, Samsung and some other, cloud automatic telephone exchanges from Enfort, Beeline, Mungo, 1C-Rarus, FreeSwitch or any other automatic telephone exchanges supporting SIP and/or TAPI 2.1 protocols.
The solution is delivered in client-server option of work that allows to use it as for several users, and to scale on hundreds of at the same time working users.
The solution interacts with fat and thin clients "1C: Enterprises 8". The product supports the MS Windows operating systems of all versions.
The solution can be used independently, but the greatest effect of its application will be reached when sharing with accounting solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The recommended solutions of 1C Company which the integration module is built already in: lines of the solutions "1C: CRM 8", "1C:ITIL CORP", "Alfaavto", edition 4.5, 1C: Medicine. The solution has modules for embedding in standard configurations of products of 1C Company: 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2; 1C: Trade Management 8, edition 10.3 and edition 11; 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8; 1C: Integrated Automation 8, edition 1.1 and edition 2; 1C: Our Enterprise Management 8 and any other industry solutions executed on their basis.
For access to the solution, it is provided free of charge in complete functionality on one workplace. Further expansion of jobs is licensed by the number of active sessions (jobs).
The product supports integration with telephone systems: Panasonic KX-TDA/TDE Avaya IP Office, Cisco Call Manager / Cisco Call Manager Express/ Cisco UCM IP ATC Asterisk, the IP PBX "UX AGATE" / Call center Infinity, other automatic telephone exchanges supporting SIP and/or TAPI 2.1 protocols.
"1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone)" can be used as the independent program, but for achievement of the maximum return its use together with products on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8" is recommended. The solution is built in products "1C:CRM" "1C:ITIL" Alpha Car, "1C: Medicine" and the configurations integrated with them.
2014: 1C-Rarus: Integration with telephony (Softphone), edition 2
"PROF softphone 2.0" is intended for management of phone calls in the companies of different scale: from individual entrepreneurs to holding structures. The solution can work both with entering, and with outgoing and intra office calls, allowing:
- Increase quantity of the processed incoming calls by 60%;
- Reduce by 3 times waiting time of the client at a call to the company, having provided the minimum delay in service of calls;
- It is considerable to increase quality of processing of calls;
- Provide 100% fixing of calls regardless of "a human factor".
"PROF softphone 2.0" saves up to 3 minutes on each incoming call, up to 50 seconds on each outgoing call, up to 2 minutes on information transfer when routing a call. The solution can be used by the companies of different scale for integration with office digital and the IP PBX.
The product can be used as the independent application, and together with the programs developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. Use with solutions of 1C is possible both in the normal mode, and in regime of the thin client.

When using it is necessary to use transformers AON to connection to city automatic telephone exchange of analog lines – CallerID. They serve for conversion of the subscriber number to CallerID signals processed in automatic telephone exchange. When using digital communication lines ISDN transformers are not necessary.
