2014: 1C:CRM STANDARD 2.0

On February 19, 2014 the companies "1C-Rarus" and firm "1C" announced release of upgraded version 2.0 of a system "the 1C:CRM STANDARD. A set on 5 users".

Description

The release is aimed at small businesses. According to developers, new edition of the program will help with solving of tasks, connected with the organization of work with clients and partners in the small companies. And, the company can conduct implementation independently.

In comparison with the first edition of the solution, developers prepared a number of improvements. It is an opportunity to integrate a system with office telephone systems – digital both the IP PBX – and SIP providers of cloud telephony. Enhanced capabilities of work with e-mail are included, numerous wishes of users are considered.

For carrying out automation the optimal feature set, helping to solve demanded problems at communication with clients is provided. Management of the customer base provides collecting of all data on customers in uniform storage with fixing of detailed characteristics of each contact person. A system allows to manage contacts, to keep account of a contact history, to register customer needs, to communicate quickly between employees in the company, to plan contacts and meetings.

"1C:CRM STANDARD 2.0" will help to enter operational time-management into the companies – to delegate and control execution of instructions, to coordinate work of employees.
