Enforta

Enfort – the national operator providing a communication range of services for the commercial organizations and state bodies. Enfort in Russia is own network with a coverage more than 500 localities of the Russian Federation where more than 70% of all urban population of the country live.

Enfort provides telecommunication services - connection of the high-speed Internet on a dedicated line, the WI-FI-seti organization, telephone services, cloud solutions, creation of multiservice corporate networks, video surveillance services and also complex individual projects for the solution of specific business challenges. The networks of wireless access of the company containing base stations and subscriber devices provide data transmission under the IP protocol and are capable to perform broadcasting and prioritization of voice and multimedia traffic. In trunk fragments of network the central stations implementing interaction with Internet service providers and public telephone networks and also supporting routing and billing are set.

The main partner providing transit of traffic of Enforta across all territory of the country historically is the Transtelecom company. In each city of presence there is an access to a transit network of one more operator that increases the level of readiness of the provided services.

Performance Indicators

2012

Within several last years the annual growth of turnover of the company was 18-20%. In 2012 revenue reached 2.5 billion rubles, and in 2013 it should reach the level of 3 billion. As Ratnikov, within nearly five years reported an indicator of EBITDA of the company positive. According to CNews Analytics, Enfort takes on revenue the 17th place among the largest telecommunication operators of Russia.

Further development of the business in the company is connected including with providing new services, including a hosting of such messaging applications as virtual PBX. For this purpose it is not going to create own data processing center yet, and lease of computing resources in commercial DPCs is provided.

2018

Transition to the uniform brand "Дом.ru Business" in 566 cities and settlements

ER-Telecom Holding companies (TM "Дом.ru Business") and Enfort, the national operator of information and communication services, announced on July 18, 2018 the beginning of provision of services to corporate clients under the uniform brand "Дом.ru Business" in all 566 localities and the cities of presence, including in Moscow, Kaliningrad, Vladivostok, etc. Earlier in these cities the company provided communication services under the Enforta brand. Completion of integration with ER-Telecom

The Russian telecommunication holding "ER-Telecom" (a trademark in the market of corporate services "Дом.ru Business") and the telecom operator of Enfort in March, 2018 completed integration process. Since 2018 in the cities of presence "Business" in the b2b-market in a segment of medium and small business services are provided to corporate clients by Дом.ru under the uniform brand "Дом.ru Business". 2016: ER-Telecom Holding closed the transaction on acquisition of Enforta

ER-Telecom Holding officially closed the transaction on acquisition of the Prestizh-Internet company working under the Enforta brand in February, 2016, the telecom blogger the Kind Samaritan reported. The corresponding record about change of the founder of February 10, 2016 appeared in^[1][2].

In the document it is also said that the asset passed to Cyprian ER-Telecom Holding Limited with encumbrance in the form of the credit agreement between Raiffeisenbank Ltd and Prestizh-internet LLC on which loan needs to be extinguished till December 5, 2017.

How much (taking into account credit obligations) acquisition of 100% of stocks of the company cost to ER-Telecom — it is unknown, at the same time the nominal value of a share was more than 306 million rubles.

According to the same Kind Samaritan, among paramount tasks of ER-Telecom appear integration of two of the listed companies — Megapolis Telecom and "Business Network — Irkutsk".
