2025: Akado and M-Kom entered a single legal entity Comcor
In February 2025, it became known that ER-Telecom, operating under the Dom․ru brand, began restructuring its assets in Moscow and the Moscow region. The company plans to merge the subsidiaries of Akado Holding and M-Kom into a single legal entity - Comcor. The current legal entities will be liquidated, and the current general director of Comcor Grigory Novitsky will take over the management of the combined structure.
