Alma Invest Holding automates accounting and preparation of the reporting

Company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on optimization of accounting and tax accounting in Alma Invest Holding LLP implementation of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Kazakhstan" software product, the press service of integrator reported on May 14, 2013. 10 additional jobs are automated.

Goals and Objectives

Earlier accounting and tax accounting were conducted by the company in program 1C of version 7.7. With business development documentation volumes increased, load of personnel increased, there was a need for installation of the modern accounting system, effectively both in a complex solving accounting problems and the prepared reporting providing high quality.

In search of an optimal solution the management "Alma Invest Holding" addressed to the company "1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

Specialists of the contractor executed upgrade from the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 program on "1C:Enterprise 8", made transfer of reference books and a remaining balance, configured data exchange. All users received detailed instructions on operation of a system.

Result

After a software update quality of training of the reporting increased, terms of its formation were reduced.

Functionality of a new system simplified conducting accounting and tax accounting, allowed to keep account according to the international and national standards.
