The Moscow Department of Information Technology provides to state structures claim support

The Technoserv company announced on May 17, 2013 results of implementation by the department of information technologies (DIT) of the city of Moscow of the Single system of monitoring and administration of services of telecommunication for all objects of the Government of Moscow and public institutions of the capital.

DIT of the city of Moscow - the official state customer of communication services for all objects of the Government of Moscow and public institutions of the city which number for May 17, 2013 exceeds 13.5 thousand. Before implementation of AS of ESMA DIT of the city of Moscow could exercise only sampling inspection of quality of the ordered communication services, considering the claims of public institutions filed in the center of support and reports of operators.

Start

In November, 2011 implementation of the Single system of monitoring and administration of services of telecommunication (AS of ESMA) for all objects of the Government of Moscow and public institutions of the city is begun. The Technoserv company became the contractor of the project, on the basis of competitive procedures.

Results

With system implementation claims activities with telecom operators on violations of SLA are conducted in one fully automatic system, including exchange of claims and appeals, automatic calculation of penalties. And the cost of services in the facts, unpaid because of quality degradation of communication, of the proved violations of SLA for 2012 during trial operation of a system was more than 37 million rubles.
