"Logic: The platform" (before the Logician of ECM. The business platform) — a single platform of storage and use of digital content for the organizations of any scale.
The product is based on ECM- platforms IBM and Alfresco, complementing them with a set of business services which solve standard problems of the user and considerably expand possibilities of the platform from vendor.
"Logic: The platform" accelerates further creation of an ecosystem of management of documents of different types: financial, technical, organizational, legal, marketing and others.
2020: Representation of ready configurations on work with documents
Business Logic, developer of solutions for management of corporate content, continues to develop own product "Logic: The PLATFORM" on to Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS base (enters the Unified register of the Russian programs for Computer and DB Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia). The company provided for it ready configurations on work with documents in different data domains: construction, personnel, finance and in operation of technical objects. Business Logic reported about it on June 22, 2020.
Configurations contain sets of models and forms of standard documents which allow in a short space of time to perform tuning of documents in a system, and the available designer — make changes to them according to requirements of the customer. All this is considerable accelerates project implementation on creation of ECM solutions for listed data domains and office-works:
- construction documents. Allows to implement electronic document management (with ensuring archive storage) on design and designer's service of construction, to work with allowing, initial and allowing documentation, technical reports based on engineering researches, calculations of constructive and technological solutions, the sketch projects and many other;
- personnel documents. Allows to automate office-work and to provide operational and long-term storage of documentation on personnel: employment contracts (with a possibility of confirmation of signing in a system after vising by the worker of the paper original), job descriptions, requests for selection, the file of the candidate, different statements (with a possibility of sending the document for approval), orders, etc.;
- finance documents. The configuration is intended for processing and storage of the electronic documents connected with financial activities of the organization: agreements and accounting supporting documents;
- technical documents. Storage of electronic documents on the operated subjects to production and non-productive appointment, drawings, sets of project technical documentation and many other things.
Implementation speed — an important indicator for the systems of enterprise-level. The quicker the customer will be able to use a product, the total cost of ownership to them is lower, the quicker it is possible to solve the tasks set for business. "Logic: Platform" 2.8
On December 10, 2019 the company "Business Logic" announced release of the next release of products of own development based on Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS. In version 2.8 of users expects the improved interface, expansion of functionality on work with electronic signature and also increase in flexibility of attributive search. Release 2.8 added functionality of two basic products of Business Logic company on Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS at once: "Logic: PLATFORM" and "Logic: EDMS".
As noted also in Business Logic company, processing of the interface "Logic became the most noticeable change: Platform:
- the appearance of a workplace of the user, cards of documents and dialog boxes is changed;
- the ability to manage by quantity of the elements displayed on the page in the automated workplace is added;
- the feature for setup of the general background of a system, own icons for sections and the automated workplace nodes is added;
- there was a setup of information blocks, specific to a certain document type, in the form of the independent section of a card of the document with a possibility of display of such section both on left, and on the right panel of a card;
- on a card of the document the dashboard for display of the personalized notifications hints is added. Setup of structure and the text of hints is available to the applied administrator;
- the main menu is postponed for the side revealing bar that allowed to increase the used page space is useful;
- and many other things.
Thanks to processing, the updated interface, according to the developer, became more modern and it is more convenient, possibilities of his individual preference without involvement of developers extended.
Among significant changes in "the Logician: The PLATFORM", appeared with release 2.8, developers noted optimization and expansion of mechanisms of work with the electronic signature: for example, support of the electronic signature with certificates, the corresponding GOST 2001, GOST 2012 with the hashing algorithm of 256 bits and GOST 2012 with the hashing algorithm of 512 bits is implemented.
According to the statement of the developer, product "Logic:" also expanded with EDMS the opportunities. For example, the flexibility of attributive document retrieval is increased: the feature for the choice from a set of additional search options by date, text and numerical boxes is added. These changes increase efficiency of search of the necessary documents in big base.

Release "Logic: Platform" 2.6
On February 19, 2019 the Business Logic company released release 2.6 for products "Logic: PLATFORM" and "Logic: EDMS" on the Alfresco/Infoturnover WSWS platform. The release included 53 improvements initiated by group of development of the direction and wishes of clients.
Among the main changes mentioned by the developer:
- the feature for appointment of curators of divisions — employees who, without being heads of department on organizational and regular structure, have rights and powers inherent in the head is added;
- the feature for highlighting of documents in a workplace of the user is added;
- opportunities for work with electronic signatures, including loading of the document sent from the outside complete with the EDS, unloading of the document from a system together with the EDS, etc. are expanded;
- functions on management of tags are added: arrangement and editing, selection on a tag, filters;
- the configured opportunity to block editing a card by several users at the same time is implemented;
- the ability to manage is added by roles to which the user, directly from his card is appointed;
- a number of optimization for performance improvement and stability during the work under a high load in the mode of a failover cluster is entered;
- opportunities for the translation of a system into other languages are expanded.
According to information for February, 2019, products of Business Logic are registered in the Register of domestic software and can be used within import substitution policy in the state organizations.
2018: "Logic: Platform. Description
"Logic: The platform" is the Russian product which can be implemented on the proprietary and free software, depending on preferences of the customer. Solutions based on a product are implemented using a broad set of technologies: Linux, Windows, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, Alfresco, FileNet, MSVSphere, MyOffice, Abbyy and others.
For October, 2018 the solution has the following features:
- Automation of the majority of standard processes of the movement of documents.

On October 14, 2013 the Business Logic company announced an exit of upgraded version of the solution of corporate content management "Logic of ECM. Business platform".
According to Oleg Beylezon, the chief ECM architect of Business Logic, ECM services are complemented with a set of business services - the reusable functional units suitable for use right after installation, including end users. These services considerably accelerate development of any functionality connected with management of documents and the corresponding business processes.

Logic of ECM. Business platform. Description
According to information for March, 2013 in a system basis "Logic of ECM. The business platform" experience is put:
- The functionality of any system module should be under construction on the principles of Enterprise Content Management recognized around the world, but not on "the invention of the bicycle". The basic functionality on management of documents, business processes, joint work is already rather well implemented in many industrial systems, it is necessary to use it only intelligently.
- A system should be the most open, expanded and integrated. Too it is reasonable to borrow these qualities the ready platform and as much as possible to develop them and to support.
- A system should give us the chance to provide to customers flexible price conditions and various license mechanisms.
For implementation of these principles we selected OPEN SOURCE- the platform Alfresco Community Edition. This system successfully combines means of Document Management BPM, Collaboration also is an example of the open and harmoniously expanded architecture.
