The project of complex automation of GP "Software Yuzhmash" began system implementation in 2008 IT Enterprise. A system covers all divisions and services of production association, the press service of integrator - Information technologies), reported on May 20, 2013.

Project Features

• Big nomenclature of Inventories.
• More than 150 main warehouses and more than 800 warehouse for storage of Inventories.
• Large amounts of data about movements Inventories within a month.
• Transfer documents of Inventories from division for 80% were entered into division separately. It led to a rupture of logical relationship between information on arrival and an expense of one goods in different parts of the uniform document.
• The large volume of data on the movement Inventories led to inevitable errors, thus, monthly reports contained a huge number of adjustments in the form of a red and black reversal.

• Transport and procurement expenses gather on separate accounts of accounting and at the end of the accounting period are distributed on material cost.
• TZR were two types: referred to as and unnamed and algorithms of their distribution were different.
• Collected TZR should be distributed on material cost completely without remaining balance.
• In the organization of accounting of an expense of Inventories the valuation method of cost of Inventories at the weighted average price is applied.
• Documents of the internal movement Inventories within accounting month were regarded by the weighted average price for the beginning of month
• On the end of accounting month the weighted average price and all documents on the movement of specific nomenclature number on the enterprise was calculated are revaluated by the new weighted average price
• Revaluation of documents of the movement imposed the following requirements.
• The cost of Inventories according to each document should be rounded to kopek.
• At such rounding by each nomenclature number from the document of the movement there were deviations between the cost of Inventories after revaluation and the quantity according to the document increased by the average price. The requirement that the difference between the maximum and minimum deviation according to all documents on an absolute value was minimum by each nomenclature number was put.
• At revaluation the received total cost specific TMTs at the enterprise should be redistributed according to all documents of the movement of these goods for accounting month completely without remaining balance. It allowed to save amount-based balance in the movement Inventories in a month in general on each skladomest.
• Revaluation of all documents at the new weighted average price on complete amount of data on duration should not exceed 10 minutes.
