FED corporation takes a way corrections of business processes against the background of implementation of ERP

FED corporation and Information technologies corporation began the project of business process reengineering on the platform of a system IT Enterprise, the press service of integrator reported on May 21, 2013.

Background

Joint projects became an incentive for expansion of borders of cooperation between the companies and gain of a role of a system IT in Enterprise production management of PJSC FED.

The project of integrated management of production on the basis of the ERP system IT Enterprise which main objective is capacity growth of production without increased operating capacity is as a result begun.

During optimization and business process reengineering of PJSC FED specialists of Information technologies corporation should implement a number of the subprojects included in structure of integrated management of production, among which:
