2017: Creation of modular DPC of Boguchansky aluminum plant
The Lanit Siberia company (enters into Lanit group) in September, 2017 announced creation and start in operation of a modular data processing center on a strategic object of Boguchansky aluminum plant. Within the project jobs for employees were also prepared and the secure channel of communication is organized.
The main objective of creation of the modular data processing center (MDPC) was to provide effective use of IT resources, to increase reliability and system performance, to provide integrity and confidentiality of information, to minimize housekeeping overheads.
Specialists Lanit Siberia designed systems MTSODA DataStone + productions of the Russian company "Utilex". The modular DPC of DataStone + has complete self-sufficient infrastructure and includes: the system of placement of the equipment (3 are resistant 42U which are united together with conditioners in a uniform hermetic soundproofing complex), the systems of uninterrupted power, power distribution, the cooling system, fire extinguishing systems and access control.
In the project the small room space, impossibility to carry out construction works and need to start the equipment in a short time (from agreement signature before commissioning there passed less than four months) was considered.
It was succeeded to implement successfully the difficult tasks connected with terms and specifics of placement. Creation of the complex infrastructure of a data processing center of Boguchansky aluminum plant ensuring continuous trouble-free operation of the information equipment, protection against state of emergency.
Structure of the main infrastructure:
- system of uninterrupted power of 160 kW (Schneider Electric);
- I LIE also to the transfer switch of production of LANIT-NORD company based on the Schneider Electric components;
- cable lines for connection of 15 equipment cabinets on the base and reserve line;
- automatic fire-extinguishing system, fire warning and smoke removal;
- system of maintenance of a microclimate (Uniflair);
Room space is 130 sq.m., total power is 149 kW., 15 equipment cabinets and batteries, the total weight of the equipment is more than 8.5 tons.

- installation of 900 annunciators and 500 annunciators of different function.

Creation of infrastructure of an end-to-end system of security of perimeter of Boguchansky aluminum plant, for detection, registration and prevention of unauthorized penetration on the plant territory.
- laying more than 10 km is performed. cable tray, more than 20 km. optical cable, more than 7 km. electric cable;
- 42 support, 6 meters high, with burying 2 meters are set;
- more than 3 km are constructed. cable sewerage (trench, pipe, corrugation).
Structure of infrastructure:
- system of television observation of perimeter (Pelco). Number of surveillance cameras - 41 digital cameras;
- system of protection of perimeter (Polyservice). Number of selectively analog vibration sensors – 2767.
Creation of a complex communications infrastructure for providing staff of Boguchansky aluminum plant
Creation of a complex communications infrastructure for providing staff of Boguchansky aluminum plant with a range of services of a voice communication; creations of communications for broadcast of the voice messages providing fulfillment of requirements, caused by technology processes; fulfillment of requirements of regulations of civil defense.
Structure of infrastructure:
- telephone network (AAstra). Quantity of vy. lines: 120 analog, 800 digital, 80 – DECT. Number of St. lines: 8*E1, including the SORM lines;
- system of industrial loudspeaker communication (Inter-M). Number of loudspeakers: 216 explosion-proof and all-weather executions, the 88th office execution, 80 columned types;
- local warning system. Notification of 8 km. zones behind perimeter of the plant.
Feature of the project: the organization of joining of the equipment of industrial loudspeaker communication with the equipment of automatic telephone exchange for use of uniform communication channels, and also a possibility of broadcasting of broadcastings by means of telephone sets.
Creation of the PCS of the Pump station of Boguchansky aluminum plant
The project provides installation and commissioning of an automation equipment of technology processes in the building of the pump station of the 2nd rise and extensions of the body of electrolysis for ensuring functioning of the production firefighter and economic and household water supply of Boguchansky aluminum plant.
2013: Creation of IT infrastructure of "Boguchansky power metallurgical consolidation"
The project on creation of IT infrastructure for the largest power metallurgy sector – "Boguchansky power metallurgical consolidation the" (BEMO) which is under construction the leading Russian aluminum producer RUSAL company together with RusHydro holding became one of the most significant events in activity of the company. Within the project on creation of DPC of Boguchansky aluminum plant (enters into BEMO) the project documentation was developed, APC InfraStruXure supply of equipment, its commissioning and commissioning are performed. At creation of DPC monitoring systems, regular power supply and other engineering solutions were also implemented.
