Petromountain GPP automates document flow and implements EDMS

The company "ACS is Volgaevmkompleks" completed the project on Docsvision system implementation at "Petromountain gas processing plant", the press service of integrator reported on May 22, 2013.

Conventions

The decision on workflow automation in Petromountain GPP Ltd is caused by need to ensure harmonious functioning of all divisions, to simplify work with documents, to increase performance due to reduction of time of creation, processing and document retrieval. For creation of the solution on the Docsvision platform invited system integrator ACS-Volgaevmkompleks Group.

A choice of Docsvision is made according to the results of tender. In addition, on the basis of Docsvision a large number of projects at the enterprises of Rosneft is implemented.

Job

Within four months processes of the general office-work are automated. More than 100 employees of Petromountain GPP, including the top management, work in a system. The maximum visualization and transparency of management processes for all participants of process – from initiators of processes to contractors is provided. The management of the enterprise notes the general increase in level of performing discipline and also efficiency and quality of management in general.

Result

With Docsvision implementation the customer received the uniform tool for work with all document types. Among main advantages of system implementation it is possible to note decrease in load of employees, reduction of the reporting, decision making fall forward.
