The Atlas Soft company reported on May 21, 2013 that the S7 Engineering company decided to implement the system of electronic archive "Etla".
Reasons
Due to constantly growing volume of internal and technical documentation the company management of "S7 Engineering" made the decision to automate process of storage and access to documents of the company using creation of electronic archive. As lives of people depend on result of a company performance, control over fulfillment of duties of employees should be at the high level.
Process charts
During the course of performance works of specialists who are engaged in control of all structural elements of the glider and engines execute repair of metal and composite constructions of aircrafts, service the aircraft oxygen equipment, abnormal inflatable rafts and ladders and also carry out interpretation and processing of flight information of Boeing 737-300/400/500, Boeing 737-800NG, Boeing 767 and Airbus A320 Family flight recorders, results are fixed in diagnostic and repair cards in which all performed works are reflected. In terms of the reporting of the company, reliable storage and quick access of inspection bodies to these data is first-priority.
Selection
After studying by the customer of the market of systems, the electronic archive "Etla" allowing to work without restrictions for types of the stored documents with a possibility of the organization of card files with any object types is selected.
Internal expansion of a system
On November 15, 2013 the Atlas Soft company reported: in S7 Engineering company system implementation of electronic archive "Etla" is complete and the customer made the decision on expansion of use of a product.
In July, 2013, after carrying out job analysis of a system, the management of S7 Engineering made the decision - to increase number of jobs for involvement of new departments to work in the Etla system.
