ERP works in Prominvestbank: commands about the project

In Prominvestbank the ERP system from Oracle - Oracle E-Business Suite is implemented, the company integrator in the EGAR Technology project Ukraine reported on May 16, 2013.

"Within the strategy of bank on centralization and optimization of an inner pattern including there was a problem of creation of the new information platform of middle-office, - Victor Bashkirov, the Chairman of the board of Prominvestbank noted. - For us it was important to transfer processes of administrative activity of bank of the different separated systems to a uniform information field. System implementation of ERP allowed to centralize functions of middle-office and it is essential to reduce time and administrative costs. Project implementation took slightly more than a year: having begun in September, 2011, in January, 2013 the ERP system was already brought into operation. Responsibility for successful start of a new system lay on a project team of bank and experts of EGAR Technology company Ukraine, the partner of Prominvestbank in this project".

Result

The information system unrolled as a result of the project provides management processes and control of purchasing activity, accounting of inventory items, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, real estate administration of bank, control and accounting of transactions with suppliers and customers, accounting and tax accounting, settlement with employees, etc.
