The joint-stock commercial industrial investment bank (Prominvestbank) is created in 1992 and entered into group of the largest banks of Ukraine.
2021: The NBU prohibited sale of bank to Sergey Tigipko
In February, 2021 the National Bank of Ukraine did not coordinate the transaction of acquisition more than 99% of an action of Prominvestbank (subsidiary of VEB) a prorossiyskiysky bankster by Sergey Tigipko.
2020: Sale of bank by the authorities of Ukraine for $10.8 million, despite prohibition of the Stockholm arbitration
In April, 2020 subsidiary bank of Vnesheconombank in Ukraine – Prominvestbank was sold by the Ukrainian authorities at an auction for $10.8 million. The transaction took place, despite the decision of the Stockholm arbitration on prohibition of sale of shares. The buyer of bank was decided to be left in secret.
In September, 2020 the Kiev Court of Appeal refused to perform the decision of the Stockholm arbitration to which Ukraine enforced sale and expropriation of Prominvestbank was prohibited.
2019: Closing of business in Ukraine
In January, 2020 it became known that Prominvestbank, the Ukrainian subsidiary of Vnesheconombank curtails banking business in Ukraine.
2011: 100 thousand legal persons and 4 million natural persons clients of bank
For 2011 over 100 thousand enterprises and about 4 million natural persons work with Prominvestbank. The regional network of departments of Prominvestbank covers all territory of Ukraine.
