T-Tour is the automation system of relationship (CRM) with tourists, travel agents, tour operators, representatives of hotels, etc.

The T-Tour system automates all process steps of work with clients, since formation of the order. In CRM there is a possibility of automatic selection of the most suitable offer with the subsequent preparation of a document package. Receiving a response with fixing of wishes of the client to options of his following rest will become a result of execution of the order. A system will remind the responsible manager in the specified terms of it. T-Tour controls temporary regulations at each stage.

2013

T-Tour v2

On November 11, 2013 the Business of Technology company announced release of the T-Tour v2 system on the Terrasoft CRM platform.

Changes in industry solution are made for the purpose of bigger simplification of work of travel agency and based on results of research.

Among differences of a new system three directions are expressed:

  • significant changes in cards of tourists
  • changes in cards of tours
  • work with accounts and agreements is simplified.

In a card of the tourist fields and tabs for expanded customer information are added that will help the manager to find individual approach to each potential customer. Change which considers that the person who goes to a tour and the person (company) who pay it can be different is of great importance.

In a card of a tour financial information is added: the price for the client, the product cost, value of a bonus of the manager and also the general profit from the order.

Work with accounts is simplified thanks to adding of the Actions button in a card Tura. Besides, it became simpler to create and edit agreements. In particular, there was an opportunity to specify supplementary agreements on a tour and afterwards to use them when forming printed forms of agreements with tourists.

2014

T-Tour v3

The Business of Technology company released release of the T-Tour v3 system which is from now on postponed for the bpm'online sales 7.4 platform in December, 2014.  Mechanisms of formation of a loyalty system which is 'The bonus card' are added to CRM for tourism of T-Tour. Using this tool in a system the number of the rounds ordered by the tourist is automatically calculated and proceeding from it the value of an individual bonus is calculated. The discount forms thanks to a formula which can be configured independently.

More perfect relationship with the client in upgraded version of T-Tour is possible also thanks to the SMS mailings tools. In the new section the user had an opportunity to configure both mass, and single sending messages.

In turn, possibilities of the Bpm'online sales platform give to the user of a system additional benefits. For example, requirement, interest in company services, and the Tour card allows to record a new type of the Tourist card gives the chance to consider additional wishes of the client, to quickly create accounts with breakdown them on payments and also  to count financial results on a tour (an expense, income, a bonus managers and net profit).

The bpm'online sales platform differs built-in working business protsessmi sales. Thanks to this user it is much simpler to manage leads, transactions, orders and accounts.
