Toy Store (Open HandHeld Engine (OHE))

Within the signed agreement with Toy Store company the staff of ConsID Technologies company performed works on optimization of system operation of Accellos WMS (RadioBeacon WMS).

At the first stage job analysis of the application and database of the Accellos WMS system (RadioBeacon WMS) was made During the analysis:

• statistics on a record count in the main tables DB was collected
• statistics on resource-intensive requests of the application is collected,
• performance review of work of the interface of exchange between the systems of Dominoes - Accellos WMS (Radio Beacon WMS) is made

On analysis results to the customer the final document with collected statistics and recommendations for elimination of not stability in system operation of Accellos WMS (RadioBeacon WMS) was submitted. Based on the first stage it was recommended:

• execute truncation of irrelevant data in the database of the Accellos WMS system (RadioBeacon WMS) (archive information, logging of transactions for the period, the executed orders for the period, elimination of mistiming of data between the connected tables)
• configure the plan of service of the database for maintenance it in optimum operating state
• execute completion of the interface of exchange between the systems of Dominoes and Accellos WMS (RadioBeacon WMS) for the purpose of increase in high-speed performance and power capacity of work.

At the second stage the following works were performed:

• the technical specifications on completion of the interface of exchange between the systems of Dominoes and Accellos WMS (RadioBeacon WMS) are developed and approved
• the list of the truncated tables and the period of truncation of data is approved
• procedures are developed for accomplishment of truncation of the database
• the service of the data exchange interface based on service OHE.Link of the Open HandHeld.Engine platform between the systems of Dominoes and Accellos WMS (RadioBeacon WMS) according to the approved technical specifications is developed.

Within the third stage, on the customer's object the staff of ConsID Technologies company executed truncation of the database, the plan of service of the database is configured, the developed service of the interface of exchange is set. During the next several days after installation of developments of ConsID Technologies company by employees designer's service was executed. Result of the performed works became: increase several times high-speed performance and power capacity of the interface of exchange, optimization of resource-intensive requests of the annex to the database due to maintenance of the database in optimum operating state. What as a result allowed to increase system performance of management of a warehouse.

Also the company ConsID Technologies the Toy Store was developed the module of formation of WEB of orders based on the Open HandHeld.Engine platform in the Accellos WMS system (RadioBeacon WMS) for the company by shops of retail network through Internet.
