The Duma of the city district Syzran completes deployment of EDMS

The company of group of companies ASC - Volgaevmkompleks completed the project of workflow automation by implementation EDMS DocsVision in to City Council of Syzran, the press service of integrator reported on May 29, 2013.

Approach

Before implementation Docsvision work with documents in the Duma was not automated, interaction with Administration was carried out only using paper documents. Work became complicated the fact that many resolutions and reports of the Head of administration sent to the Duma were registered in the general flow of incoming documents. On an initiative Mayors the decision on implementation in the Duma electronic document management systems for the organization of paperless interaction with Administration is made. A choice is made for benefit of a system EDMS DocsVision as since 2009 it is used century Administrations.

Solution

All cycle of project works was followed by the training directed to the fastest obtaining skills of work with a system by the time of its start in operation.

The general project duration was three months.

For improvement of interaction regarding exchange of documents between the Duma and Administration, the regulations setting an operating procedure of staff of the Duma and Administration during document handling in electronic form are developed and enacted.

Result

Now all documents are registered, approved and affirm as the DocsVision system that provides the maximum efficiency of delivery of documents and complete transparency of their routes. It is important that using Docsvision it was succeeded to accelerate acceptance, processing and document transfer in interaction with Administration.

At the same time in Administration of Syzran it is organized interaction with Docsvision for several heads, by means of iPad tablets through the DocsVision "Top-Manager" application. Now [[the mayor of Syzran has a possibility of mobile work with the documents and instructions including arriving from the government of the Samara region.
