2013: "MegaFon Retail" agreed with Maykor about service of payment terminals
The MAYKOR group won the tender organized by JSC Megafon Retail and during 2013 will ensure unceasing functioning of the cash registers in network of cellular shops across all Russia, the company contractor reported on May 29, 2013.
Technical support is provided in 1.8 thousand cellular shops "Megafon Retail" located in 500 localities of the Russian Federation. The complete list of services ensuring smooth operation of points of sale will be provided by the principle of "one window". The technical issues which arose in any point of Russia where cellular shops of the customer are located should be solved through a uniform communication channel, irrespective of the time zone. Besides, all users of the equipment can address in technical support service of MAYKOR for receiving remote consultation on operation of the cash registers.

2015: Project Development
On March 11, 2015 the MegaFon company announced the contract between "Megafon Retail" and MAYKOR on ensuring stable operation of payment terminals of MegaFon with the outsourcer.
According to data of the customer, for March 11, 2015 the technical support of the outsourcer covers more than one thousand terminals MegaFon across all Russia. Increase in the park of this equipment up to two thousand units is planned.

According to the contract specialists of the contractor are responsible for all range of tasks of support of stable operation of terminals MegaFon, including replacement of supplies and repair. Emphasis is put on preventive actions that allows to reduce to zero failures in functioning of the equipment.

2016: In the spring of Maykor won the tender for service of IT infrastructure in five branches of MegaFon
"MegaFon Retail" held the centralized tender for the choice of service providers of technical support of IT infrastructure. Following the results the MAYKOR company took on service the computer equipment of the customer at offices and cellular shops in the Volga region, the Caucasus, Siberia, the Center and the Northwest.
"We held the centralized tender for MegaFon and Megafon Retail companies and considerably reduced number of service contracts. It will allow us to build technical support of IT infrastructure of offices and cellular shops by uniform rules and standards on the scale of all company and to adjust effective process of interaction with outsourcers with a minimum load on the accompanying structures", – Belousov Andrey., CIO of Megafon Retail company noted.
According to the results of the tender MAYKOR became uniform contact center on all questions of operation of the IT equipment for five branches of JSC "Megafon Retail". Service of a computer hardware, office telephone communication, setup of mobile devices of users, connection to a local network, fault recovery and upgrade of customer premise equipment and systems, diagnostics and recovery of the failed spare parts belong to duties of the outsourcer.
