The Spiny Dogfish of PSK company announced on May 29, 2013 project completion of implementation of the program "to 1C: Management of the construction organization" in Remstroytorg Construction Company LLC.

Background

For continuation of development of the company it was required to overcome a number of natural "scale-up problems" - to eliminate failures in supply, to find cost reduction methods, to increase efficiency of planning, management and control of work of divisions, to improve interaction between departments, to accelerate approval of documents. The information system automating work of all staff of the company from an administrative and management personnel to foremen on sections could help with the solution of these tasks.

As a basis the specialized industry solution of an ERP class " is selected by 1C: Management of the construction organization". Used for the organization of electronic document management also the 1C: Document Flow system.

Job

Implementation is complete at the scheduled time, without exceeding of the planned budget. For May 29, 2013 in a system about 170 users actively work. Among the main results:

  • Transition to electronic document management allowed to reduce time approval of documents by 30%.

  • The management had an opportunity of approval of agreements, requests, scenarios of installation and construction works and other documents directly in a system. The document can be approved by several employees at the same time, all comments and versions remain, thus it is always possible to see who when and what changes made to the document.

  • The modern platform "1C: Enterprise 8.2" allowed to organize access to a system from any place where there is an Internet or mobile communication, employees can work with it from the tablet computers, notebooks or smartphones. The management can control the course of accomplishment of installation and construction works from the computer or the mobile device. Foremen do not have need for delivery of reports to go to office.

  • The reporting under accomplishment of installation and construction works (including KS-2 and M-29) and on settlement with subcontractors forms automatically.

  • The regular supply of construction is adjusted. Purchase costs and material handling are reduced by 5%. The step-by-step planning of installation and construction works implemented in the program allowed to optimize purchases and transportation of construction materials.

  • Costs for fuel and lubricants are reduced by 5% and on wage fund of drivers is as much raised. Control over traffic through the system of satellite monitoring, allowed to reveal and stop cases of inappropriate consumption of fuel and lubricants quickly. The saved means are decided to be redirected to wage fund, having raised salary to drivers. Improvement of motivation of drivers and the organization of control of traffic online allowed to minimize idle times of own equipment and to increase its loading. Rent costs of the third-party equipment decreased by 20%.

The CEO of Remstroytorg Construction Company LLC Sergey Chechko, noted: "Business processes in the company after implementation of the program became more effective - it is the fact. Each employee has accurate instructions, to each process is assigned responsible, many things can be done far off and automatically. I can approve payments, analyze cash flows, receive complex reports on profitability of works or plans there are diagrams far off with iPAD, phone or the notebook. It allows to have always the finger on the pulse and to manage business in the conditions of intensive development".
