The Tsaritsyno company implements upgraded version of a production management system from Microsoft

JSC Tsaritsyno and GMCS company completed the joint project of creation of the solution on management of shipment of finished goods on a plaftorma of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, the press service of integrator reported on May 29, 2013.

About the Project

Lidiya Vladimirovna Butina, the director of economics and finance of JSC Tsaritsyno noted: "The proposed GMCS solution increases effective management of shipments. It allows to receive in a foreground mode the analytical reporting under groups of products in a necessary section from all automated sections and to accept timely corrective actions in the course of shipment. Registration of results of quality control of products at all stages of its passing in an information system allows to provide goods control from the producer through the distribution center to the specific buyer. Deep integration of information systems allowed to increase efficiency of information exchange between JSC Tsaritsyno and JSC Corporate Trading House Tsaritsyno and to reduce terms of confirmation of documents. Workflow automation, including business processes on preparation of the accompanying documentation, on confirmation of documents by the distribution center and formation of the consolidated invoices allowed to optimize internal processes of the enterprise and to reduce dates of receipt of a financial result".

Retrospective

The executed project - continuation of long-term cooperation of GMCS with JSC Tsaritsyno. So, in 2006 for a warehouse complex of JSC Corporate Trading House Tsaritsyno GMCS implemented the WMS system for which basis the business application of GMCS Cargo Terminal based on Microsoft Dynamics AX was used. In 2010 the project gained development, the functionality of the WMS system is expanded under new requirements of business of the producer.

Result

The solution is brought into operation and is used in production divisions of the meat-processing enterprise.
