Inkomkorm implements technologies of automation of normative accounting

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of an elevator and compound feed of the plant" in Inkomkorm LLC, the company reported on May 29, 2013.

Implementation

Specialists of the contractor provided installation and setup of a system, user training. In the program 5 accountants work.

Are automated:

• accounting of grain on elevators and hlebopriyemny points in physical and test weight;
• production accounting of operations on drying, grain side job, observation of the stored grain in silos and warehouses of floor storage;
• accounting of services of an elevator (acceptance, drying, side job, storage, renewal, etc.);
• accounting of raw materials, container and products on formula-feed plants.

Advantages

• Project completion opened an ability to manage acceptance and shipment of grain. The program helps to monitor processes of intake of grain, to carry out the analysis of product quality and calculation of a class of grain, to maintain registers (ZPP-3) and receiving receipts (ZPP-13), to make out orders on shipment (ZPP-16) and accounting of shipment.

• The mechanism of vendor relationship management and buyers which allows to estimate reliability and respectability of partners is implemented, to store the history of business communications. Function of maintaining agreements and applications on supply of raw materials, service of an elevator and sale of products, etc. is implemented.

• Conducting accounting and tax accounting is performed according to relevant requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

• Process automation of accounting according to industry specifics well affected dynamics of business: the reliability of data on financial and economic activity of firm increased, the efficiency of data exchange between divisions increased, labor costs of accountants decreased.
