Tyumenstalmost LLC completed the implementing solution Prestima + DIRECTUM in divisions, the NPO Kompyyuter company integrator reported on May 31, 2013.

Start

"For ensuring profitability of the enterprise important qualitatively and in time to execute orders therefore creation information environments began with automation of blocks of preparation of production, – the project director of Tyumenstalmost LLC, Alexey Rovny noted. – There was a need for a transparent enterprise management system later. For us it was important to connect auxiliary and production blocks on already existing business processes. Therefore we selected the complete solution Prestima + DIRECTUM which completely covers budgeting tasks, managements of finance and interaction".

Deployment

Implementation began in January, 2012. Experts of NPO Kompyyuter carried out the preproject analysis and selected the most priority tasks:

  • approval of invoices for payment and formation of the payment schedule;

  • budgeting;

  • management of performance indicators;

  • control of business processes;

  • management of electronic documents and agreements;

  • work with organizational and administrative documentation;

  • card management of orders.

Result

The implementing solution Prestima + DIRECTUM succeeded to optimize budgeting processes completely. Now specialists of the centers of the financial responsibility (CFR) create operating budgets directly in a system. Planned data automatically join in the consolidated budget of cash flow (BCF), and it considerably reduces terms and labor input at budget making of the enterprise. Integration with 1C provided import of accounting data to the Prestima system where collecting of actual data is automatic and execution of budgets is reflected.

For company management work with performance indicators (KPI) is automated – all necessary information is displayed in a convenient type on a control panel. Indicators automatically are calculated on the basis of these enterprise information systems. Access to a panel of the head is provided not only via the PC, but also via tablet computers, including iPad. In addition to work with KPI from any place in the world control of key processes – from actions according to incoming letters and tasks before approval of BDDS and tracking of obligation fulfillment of customers by agreements and specifications to orders is available.

The project came to the end in September, 2012. By this time the solution worked in all divisions of the enterprise. The adjusted business processes connected production and auxiliary divisions, the transparent and effective enterprise management system was created.
