JSC Rosevrobank and Cleverics company announced on June 3, 2013 project completion on implementation of incident management processes and service requests, problems, changes and configurations on the platform of the product CleverENGINE as technical solution.

Start type

Project works organized on "fast start" technology (a technique of the company integrator - the comment of TAdviser), it allowed to perform design, automation and start of several processes in three months.

The customer defined two areas of optimization: user support and infrastructure management. Within preliminary discussion of approach to the solution of a task the decision on need of creation, implementation and process automation of incident management and service requests, changes and configurations is made.

One of key requirements of the customer - reduction of terms of start of processes to a possible minimum when preserving quality of works.

Works

In the project the product CleverENGINE implemented on the OMNITRACKER platform is used.

Start of processes is executed within three months.
