2017
VTB 24 changes Omnitracker for the HP solution
In 2017 VTB 24 bank starts an implementation project of the automation system of processes of operation based on HP Service Manager instead of the solution which is used at it based on Omnitracker. Read more here.
Partnership with Cleverics
The Cleverics company and OMNINET company of Russia and CIS signed the agreement on inclusion of the software solution OMNITRACKER CleverENGINE developed by the Russian specialists in Cleverics, in a product portfolio of OMNINET. From the moment of signature of this agreement the solution OMNITRACKER CleverENGINE applied in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries since 2010 will add the list of the ready applications available to implementation with the OMNITRACKER platform in Russia, the CIS countries and the European Union.
2016: Champion
OMNINET received the status "Champion" of the market of decision makers of Service Desk, in annual expert rating "Vendor Landscape: Enterprise Service Desk Software, 2014" international agency Info-Tech Research Group.

The company is founded in 1993 in Germany. Since 2007 the OMNINET company develops business in Russia and the CIS countries. OMNINET LLC is the Russian division which is a supplier of software solutions for automation business and IT of processes based on the recommendations of ITIL in Europe, Russia and the CIS and also solutions on the basis of own software products in the OMNITRACKER system for business process automation of service divisions.
