Start-up of diesel generator repair and maintenance discipline, UPS and VMS
On April 26, 2022, INLINE GROUP announced the opening of the direction of technical support and repair of engineering systems - diesel generator units (DGP), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and air conditioning systems (SLE). This initiative is part of the Customer Information Systems and IT Infrastructure Services Development Strategy, which created Inline 365 Support in 2021.

The turnover of the group's parent company, Inline Group CJSC, in 2011 amounted to 4.8 billion rubles. At the same time, 25% of the turnover fell on government agencies, including federal universities, 23% - on the financial sector, 19% - industry, 12.5% - fuel and energy complex, 11.5% - on trade and transport, 9% - telecommunications. The volume of IT services (including consulting, integration and service services) amounted to 25% of the total turnover.
New customers
In 2011, the Inline Group group of companies had new large customers, including the North-Eastern Federal University named after Ammosov (Yakutsk), Home Credit and Finance Bank, St. Petersburg State University, Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, OKB Gidropress.
The Group continued its growth in 2011, with Inline Group's headcount reaching 429 at the end of the reporting year. At the same time, the number of employees of the Moscow office increased from 238 to 299 people. The parent company includes Inline Project LLC, a technical division engaged in integrated integration projects, and Inline Services LLC, a consulting division of the company.
In early 2012, INLINE GROUP received an indefinite license for space activities. The license was issued by the Federal Space Agency. INLINE GROUP was founded in 2000. The first office was opened in Moscow. In 2001-2003, INLINE GROUP developed, increasing expertise in all areas of activity. Specialists are trained and partnerships are established with leading global vendors in the IT industry. Among the first customers are such companies as: Alfa-Bank OJSC, Aeroflot - Russian Airlines OJSC, VimpelCom OJSC, Euroset OJSC, MICEX CJSC, Surgutneftegas OJSC, Federal authorities, CBRF, Motorola and many others. The company enters the market and occupies a stable position in the system integration market.
In 2004, a separate area for implementing ERP projects based on SAP solutions was introduced in the company structure. Today, this is a team of 30 highly professional specialists who are ready to provide a full package of services for the development, implementation and support of CIS based on ERP solutions.
In 2005, Inline Group Center, which is part of the INLINE GROUP holding, began its operations in Voronezh. With the opening of the Voronezh office, INLINE GROUP added such areas as the development of custom software systems, the integration of business applications, business automation solutions based on Oracle solutions, etc.
In 2005, the direction of providing services in the field of management consulting was transferred to a separate division of the company.
In order to create a holistic system of actions to improve quality, INLINE GROUP CJSC developed, implemented and certified a quality management system based on GOST R ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000). The scope of QMS includes all the main production operations and products of ZAO INLINE GROUP.
In 2006, the company's business was restructured. At the end of 2007, INLINE GROUP opened its own Training Center on the basis of ZAO INLINE GROUP, the main area of which is training specialists in the field of information technology. In St. Petersburg, the company Inline Group SPb CJSC was created, which is part of the INLINE GROUP holding.
In the fall of 2008, INLINE GROUP announced the takeover of ITIL practices by RedRoxx Technologies.
