The initiative of Divaprint promotes reduction of handmade volume in enterprise accounting

The 1C-Rarus company adjusted financial accounting in Divaprint printing house using the 1C: Accounting 8 software product, the press service of integrator reported on June 3, 2013.

Background

The management of printing house addressed to 1C-Rarus company with the offer on installation of the system helping to simplify preparation of accounting and tax statements. With participation of the contractor selected the 1C: Accounting 8 program. Basic reasons of the choice of a product:

• Preparation of the regulated reporting;
• Automatic execution of the completing transactions of month;
• Accounting according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Solution deployment

Specialists 1C-Rarus installed the software product, made necessary settings of a system and trained the staff of accounting department.

With implementation of "1C: Accounting 8" in printing house the volume of information entered manually was considerably reduced and the transparency of tax accounting increased. Business processes of accounting of banking and cash activities, to settlings with partners, payroll accounting are optimized. The software product helped employees with flexible configuration of formation of standard accounting reports.
