Automation of normative accounting is implemented into business processes of Urozhay cooperative

Company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant" in Urozhay agricultural cooperative, the press service of integrator reported on June 3, 2013.

Background

Earlier accounting services of the enterprise used the "self-written" software product. There were difficulties with updating. Data collection, their processing and check took a lot of time and forces. For the purpose of business process optimization the management of cooperative made the decision to purchase a modern accounting system. Selected the program of automation with an industry bias – "1C: Accounting of an elevator and formula-feed plant".

The contractor of the project specialists of the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT" which carried out installation and setup of a system, user training. Are automated:

• accounting of grain on elevators and hlebopriyemny points in physical and test weight;
• drying, grain side job, observation of the stored grain in silos and warehouses of floor storage;
• accounting of services of an elevator (acceptance, drying, side job, storage, renewal, etc.);
• accounting of raw materials, container and products on formula-feed plants.

There was an opportunity to reflect operations on granulation and extruding of compound feed, to carry out expertize of quality of the grain arriving by rail and to register indicators for their further analysis.

The management of cooperative noted positive effect from implementation.
